With this update you'll gain new content and lose some of old content. So i make a list about what you gain and what you lose:
New added Content:
- Buyable troika (x2 price 700$);
- Extended Soundtrack (8 tracks for fight and time between battles);
- Locust assault wave type (parted on berserk hunt, shutting e-holes (only 6 :( ), swarm of crawlers);
- For some COG Characters changed TacCom Icons and names(so if you have Tai & Presscot you'll see proper names, not cole and hoffman);
- 2 new Locust (miner and spotter);
- Number of waves extended to 11 (so you get automaticly new assasination target(theron without helmet) and new beasts to slay (mutated Sire (3500hp) and mutated butcher (4000hp);
- Time for finishing objective is shorter every 5 wave (1-5 <2:30> 6-10 <2:15>(don't affect on LA wavetype));
- Lowered Prices of: spotter pack 700$, grenadier 300$, Recoon 250$, Life 600$ ;
- changed rules of using Hammer of Dawn ( after buying you've got 90 seconds to use it properly ;) );
- Spectating view after death;
Cutted things:
- Wave types Vip protect and defense strategic point;
This list can be changed with work progress, and now info about Mod update process:
- For update you'll have to download these packages: HM_COG, HM_Locust, HM_Content, HM_Menus, and map of course ;)
- H.I.V.E Mod Manager will be released with next update (v0.4 or v0.5)
- Update release date still unkown (you'll know it probably max one week before release date)
And that's it. You have to wait more time for update but I think you'll be satisfied with his update.
Sounds good man.
Yet, I have a question.
Is making a mod manager hard and time consuming?
not really... i've learned c# quite time ago so i making some things faster than person who would learn c# a sec before creating any app... i think you want to ask if it would not slow down my work on mod... answer: i think not, because i need some break to reconsider some things and clear mind before doing next steps in development so i can use this break to make some progress with mod manager ;)
Ok, I understand now why you're doing this.
