1.(English exclusive)Restored all missing tooltips for units and skills, so no more "unit_400", "tooltipUnitPanel16_short", "FireTypedesc", "EtheriumBonusdesc", or "DarkwoodBonus".
2.(English exclusive)Restored the missing descriptions of ships, King Tiger, Elven Winged Hussar and other units.
3.(English exclusive)Corrected many typos and rewrote several hints to make them less confusing.
4.Fixed a bug that Thralls(dark elf unit) missed the "Building Road" skill.
5.Re-balanced the cost of some perks according to the changes in Planar Conquest.
6.Now players have a more developed capital with more initial population, buildings, and units when starting a new game. This change optimized the experience in the early game.
7.Increased the starting mana of all sorcerer lords from 0 to 30.
8.Increased the unkeep of all settlers.
9.The AI is less cheaty in low difficulty.
10.Many other small tweaks which made the game a bit more "balanced".
