HESK: Hyugaren is a single player T.C. for GZDoom 1.8.2, which includes a lot of new features, such as totally reworked gameplay mechanics, new graphics, new sprites, new sounds, new music, new gore system, new skybox (Hyperskybox), new liquids (Hyperwater), among many others...
This is a demonstration of the new (And original) Advanced Health System from HESK: Hyugaren.

This health mode will give importance to the player's immune system, which can be monitored through that green bar below the main player's health. Some living beings, such as viruses, will affect his immune system, although they won't drain the player's main health.
If the player has a poor immune system, he will be more likely to contract diseases if he exposes himself to high-risk situations, such as the portrayed bloodbath with tainted blood.
If he catches a pathogen, he will develop a disease, and will need appropiate medication for that.
If his armor it's depleted, his immune system will be critically affected. When it becomes completely destroyed, the player will start to lose health.
Also, there are drugs which gives immunity, but they have some side effects, which will increase with misuse. So be careful.
