File keeps saying it is corrupted. :(
Use the original 7-zip utility (open source / free) or Keka if you have a Mac. WinRAR and others tend to corrupt the archive.
When I put the mod in the gamefiles it doesnt show up ingame, is there anything i did worng? I put it in the mods folder like said.
Make sure the Heroes Unleashed folder wasn‘t placed in another Heroes Unleashed folder (some stupid extraction tools do that).

Ok could you upload a lighter version of the file for better donwloading (you know dividing it by parts ) or give an alternative donwload way like a torrent file for example, i cant download the mod because of my slow internet conection moddb stops the download in certain time limit so if you could do one of these options the mod will be more accecible in far more places (note: im from venezuela)

I followed all the installing instructions, which are really easy but the mod's not showing on activate/deactivate in the ingame menu. And thats where the HU is

Make sure your extraction utility didn’t place the mod in a subfolder (nested Heroes Unleashed folders). The text file modscont.txt needs to be at the top level. If the mod still doesn’t show in the menu, you either have a corrupt download (rare), or didn’t extract with 7-zip (e.g. WinZip or WinRAR) and the archive didn’t get unzipped properly (happens all the time when using WinZip, WinRAR etc. instead of 7-zip). The archive is ultra high compressed (customized 7z settings) which many third party tools choke on.

Hey Julian . I can help you. Place the mod at C:\Red Storm Entertainment\Ghost Recon\Mods and extract there (ModFolder was created in a subfolder when unpacking notice this) and in game options>mods activate heroes unleashed at bottom(Most priority). Incase If you have more doubt ask here Discord.gg

How do you get First person weapon models?
I love this mod so much, it's really the best tactical experience possible. I loved everything about it. There's only one thing I miss so much. Old crosshairs. Since I always used default yellow crosshair so my eyes are used to that shape and color. Is there any way to have them back?
EDIT: there is a folder called Extras full of useful mods to personalize the game and I have finally them back :). 10/10 mod you are the best
The mod is great and working fine. My only dissapointment is you decided to remove cheats, since there are some missions that are impossible with limited Anti tank ammo.

I don't know if this is intended but, though I do not own the two expansions, and though I properly activated the two "HU - Missing..." sub-mods, I can play the Desert Siege and Island Thunder missions (includes briefings, voice acting, and some cinematics).
I understand they are included because you modded/reworked them.
It is a detail I guess, in the sense that the player is responsible for buying those expansions, but it could be mentioned in the mod requirements.
EDIT : I re-read your manual and I realize it is intended. My understanding is the two sub-mods make those missions work even if you do *not* have the two expansions. Surprising.
QUESTION : if I play the expansion missions without the campaign mode, is there any difference? (I think there is no difference, other than a few cinematics.) Anyhow, I can play the missions one after the other without having the campaign (with the voiced briefing and intro/outro animations).
