A few gripes. Firstly, why does the Neighbor use the pre-alpha chase theme? (at least it isn't ungodly loud this time)
Secondly, I know the mod is incomplete, but the Neighbor's AI is broken and a lot of objects, including the front doors, are missing. The lawn outside also appears to lack a texture.
