first you need either the DX10 renderer : Kentie.net
or the DX11 renderer : Moddb.com
Recommended changes : edit the user settings of the game(Default.ini or Revision.ini or GMDXv10Default.ini in the system folder) and change CacheSizeMegs to 512
and change the Load Bias from the renderer settings (use the tilde button and enter the command "preferences" ) and change the load bias from either dx10 or dx11 to -1

Do I need a New Vision Addon for HTO 2.0, if using the New Vision mod? If needed, should it be place into the Deus Ex Textures folder or the New Vision Textures folder?
Does this work with Deus Ex: Transcended?
I'm new to all this Deus Ex remakes, I only played the original back then.
I like to replay it with your graphics mod, but sadly the installer not working on Linux machine running it with Wine.
I already installed Deus Ex from my retail CD and patched it, and I also already installed GMDX without any problems. I don't have any problems running it (or any other Windows software like 99% of the time) with Wine.
But your installer is broken, not working properly. Everything is just white, the buttons don't have any text on them, so it is impossible to use.
It would be nice if you can fix this issue, make the installer properly working with Wine too.
Or at least please provide a download for manual installation. Thanks.
the installer works fine.. try right clicking it and set it to run as admin, disable full screen optomisation and set dpi scaling to the application. also it will just install by defult to the c drive under GOG galaxy..so if your like me and you have your game installed somewhere els.. you will have to copy that folder it creates and paste it over your installation for it to work or just copy paste the texture folder.
This is seriously amazing work. Thank you so much for this. As much as I appreciate the work of the HDTP folks, your pack is something we've needed for a long, long time.
Can you make an TNM (The Nameless Mod) addon?
I am confused, like the most users that try to setup the game for better visual quality in 2021
