Prerelease Information - Prerelease available: 26th march - small graphics overhaul - balancing(China, Germany, Soviets) - small AI improvement

I have made some Progress with the mod, so i decided to release it 26th of march, it will be an prerelease version, i will have added one ore more unit types, the version will consist mainly of balancing of the asian theatre, Germany and the Soviet, and also some ai improvements. Also i will introduce some new graphics, nothing to Fancy.
