Hey Guys,
I'm sorry to inform you all that this mod will no longer be worked on. But not all is lost, for a new mod has been formed AND WILL be completed ! It's Called The Horse Lords : A Total Modification for The Battle for Middle Earth 2 (and BFME 1 at some point). This mod has some of the stuff used in this mod but GREATLY IMPROVED ! SO I urge you guys to check it out :

I may be dumb, but there are no install instructions, where do I put the HDRotWKSkyrimmenu.big file?
Go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\My The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files put the BIG there then copy the rise of the witch king shortcut and put -mod HDROTWKSkyrimMenu.big

The submod would be a bodies staying type of thing
sure just once you give credit to me :)and it said Skyrim cause the MainMenu is based on it
promising, now if only you could change the color of the heavy armor to be more realistic...perhaps make the normal a dark grey and heavy armor a lighter, shinier version? same with forged blades...
I'm making 2 Mod versions one realistic and one with a better ea version kinda thing :)
