Not the same chemical structure, but I can't say much on their distinctive use.
Question apart, I like the Russian translation faithful to this story's setting, but don't forget to add a "flammable" pictogram. Such dangerous products always have one or another to inform their users. Eh, even an extra custom SARMA logo would look nice on them too.
Usually these containers is written "Огнеопасно" (Flammable). Without flammable pictograms.
I supposed those pictographs were an international norm. It's still good to know that's not the case everywhere.
When I lived in a house and had the gas-powered (not sure how to call t properly lol) heating in the house, we used the red propane canisters. I hardly recall any pictographs or even 'Огнеопасно' writings. Those are usually written on gas equipment or service trucks and not on canisters.
P.S. It's pretty nice to see the localized textures, in global.
Well, firstly it is the norm of the US-European. Second on the history of the game is not the USSR destroyed and there with their standards.
