Description

Hello everyone, I know I all promised you Halout 3 would be getting an update and making a return. Sadly life got in the way of me doing that. With that being said I have some extra time to start modding again and I've been inspired by Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.

I found the cause of the errors you were all experiencing in the original Halout 3, a little file called "FALLOUT.INI". Issue is my "Fallout.INI" is corrupted and not fit to be uploaded for you guys. So I found an alternative...

Since the original Halout 3 was the first mod I ever made, I made many mistakes during the creation of it, mistakes that sealed its fate. So I'm redoing the mod from the ground up... It is a conversion mod, meaning there is no need to make new armor for the game, I will be replacing the armor that's already in the game. This will speed up the whole process and make it easier on you guys hopefully.

All you'll need to do to return to your normal version of Fallout 3 will be to uncheck the "Halout_3 The Return.esm". Additionally all textures and meshes used in the mod will be put in one folder called "Halout_3 The Return" for the two main texture and mesh folders in your Fallout 3 data folder.

In the end this should hopefully be much simpler and easier on everyone :). Thank you all for your time and patience, this time I swear Halout 3 will return! (P.S. I recommend you all watch "Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn" as I will be taking some ideas from there ;), I wonder what a space tether (space elevator) would look like and do in Fallout 3... Maybe take you to the something like the mothership (redone of course to fit the mod) from Mothership Zeta? I'm honestly not sure, let me hear your ideas on how it can be used!)
