is it just me or does it spin a bit too fast?

Other than that it looks great, very cool how it automatically transitions into the wreck, you can't see the original model pop out and the wreck model pop in lol

Actually you can see the original disappear for a second before the wreckage appears, but in the heat of battle who cares. It still looks better than old Sins.

this is really cool; haven't seen another space combat game/mod have persistent wreckage.

I don't know anything about modding (as in, making mods myself), so I don't know how hard it would be, but If the debris orbited the planet, that would look so cool. But it's fantastic as is (as long as we don't get those battles where the comp brings ten trillion ships, lol)

Star Trek Armada 3 beat us to the punch in application, but we've been planning this for a very long time.

is it just me or does it look like the ship dies with the shields still up? other than that i like it. Though it would be cool if the ship did something like split in half or was broken open or something.

The MAC rounds take down the health so quickly that the effects don't have any time to go away before the ship dies.

I feel like there should be more holes, and maybe some pock-marks where the Archer missiles hit. MAC guns can punch gaping holes straight through Covenant hulls, so maybe one or two would do because at the very least there will be 3 or 4 ships shooting at this thing.

Only so much you can do with the Sins engine and what these guys have done is no small feat.

Yeah I know, but I don't think it's a problem with the engine rather than the model. I understand though, it can be a bit overkill to do all that detail.

Only thing I would change is a bigger explosion to hide the transition. That said, its beautiful. Great work guys!

It looks great, though in my opinion it kinda seems to spin a little too fast; that and this is just me here, I like the skins for the death clones however, just thinking, to me at least it one would think if a ship was just impacted by a couple hundred missiles, rockets etc. that there would be chunks of metal missing or twisted/warped areas. I know that's a lot so im not suggesting it :P But if that we're possible ( Cause I know how long it takes to script, code and re-animate and insert a death clone off the original model). Perhaps that's an idea for the future if you like :P
