A Halo mod for the critically acclaimed Sins of a Solar Empire, that aims to capture the fast paced intensity of the Halo series.
Another brilliant concept by Leviathan (creator of "Fistful of Arrows") for the Covenant, this time detailing the design of the Covenant Capital Ship Carrier. Brace for a WIP model in the days to come.
Carry me! <3
I will carry you.
Home tonight XD
Tonigh-igh-ight, we are young!
Lol I started singing that song to. x3
I will only carry you home tonight.
[Epic movie quote]
I cannot carry it for you, but I can carry you!

I'm glad to see you guys got Levianthan on board. I can't wait to see what he thinks of next.
Very nicely done, wasn't sure about the looped forward hull until I read the details on the artwork, then it made sense to me.
The color works as well, though still debating in my head whether or not it should be white like the Assault Carriers, but frankly I'd be happy either way.
I wouldn't worry too much about the colour, ACs are going to be blue just like the ones in reach, at the end of LNoS.
It took me just now to decipher what LNoS was. :P
Umm, haven't Assault Carrier's always been white? Like since Halo 2?
They've never been white. >.>

White.
I've always seen a steel blue, but Runemaster117 is right to a certain point with most covie ships its a matter of lighting.
In Halo 2 they were silver/white.
*Shrugs* Must just be my eyes then.
Maybe. Though I do have the textures for both Halo 2 and Halo 3 versions and I can say that they're both grey, though the Halo 3 texture is closer to a tan-ish color.
I think its because I never payed that close attention to Regret's carrier and when you see the Shadow of intent its almost always reflecting blue of some kind.
Its always been a matter of lighting and interpretation of the artist. They could make their ships green if they truly wanted to (like the new green accents on Jul M'Dama's sect of covenant equipment)
I honestly wish they hadn't gone with the green for the Storm ships and tech, since Halo 3 I've always associated it sanghili separatists/allies.
cool design
I love it.
Oh cool, though they made the rear larger and down below they cut it.
Now this is a ship that just says up to date covenant vessel armed to the teeth!
That looks like its going to hurt a lot of UNSC ships. Keep up the work guys :-)
She's beautiful :'(
this ship looks like sword and its awesome I like that!
Nice job with the Covie Carrier. She looks just as good as ever.
So this is basically the Athens of the covenants though the factions dont have the same classes.
Looks like it, eh champ.
Yep. Carrier capital.
i like the design, very carrier-esque and not having just a giant hangar like the assault carrier
Can't wait to see more!
Love it, just how big will it be?
Little smaller than the Assault Carrier.
The books put it at 3km if I am not mistaken.
Aka its at least as long as the UNSC Super carriers.
Have you guys thought about using the Huge *** Covenant Command ship from reach?
It's called plot device if i'm right.
You're new here aren't you?
Havnt really looked to hard to see if you guys have
Short version: No, it won't be in the mod for various reasons.
e.g. Cannot reasonably be balanced, it's role in Reach was strictly that of a plot device, the scale of it is too large to be able to be put into the mod effectively, etc.
And Uni causes retaliation to fall upon anybody but the newest who asks that question... lol
"Carry me, I'm just a dead man, lyin' on the carpet..."
-Quote from band's song, their album was called "Good Monsters", I do believe...
I like the overall design my only criticism is that the engines look a tad exposed compared to traditional covenant ship design, what i mean by that is that the top of the engines is almost always covered. An excellent example of what I think it should look like is depicted in the covie colony capital concept, this is just my two cents
is this larger than a CCS???
Presumably, yes since it will be only a little smaller than the Assault Carrier.
3km of death if memory serves me on the length. Looks great and definitely a great and unique design for the Covenant. Cool
