People shouldn't be worrying about if the Thanatos will be completed or not, Velo's good on his word.

Never did worry as countless times before velo has delivered on his word even if it took several months or longer I'm just sad that some of the team is dropping out

Thats a great idea, it sounds a bit like the bridge on the Destiny in SGU except the plate moves instead of the bridge itself.
The plate moves up, not the bridge moving down.
Ehi, but this idea of the bridge moving down doesnt seem bad.
It'd require way more work on my part to design something that can do that and still look good.
Go with original idea (plate up) , it's far superior.
