In what way? Your model is pretty good, really. The texture maybe is a tad dark or flat but the model itself is not bad at all. Thank you though :) A compliment from a fellow Halo modder means a lot.
The rest of your mod really looks fantastic anyway so you really have nothing to worry about :)
The model isn't mine, I just textured it. And although the texture is supposed to be inspired by Halo CE, it has elements of 3 and Reach in it. It just doesn't look as good as this. :P

Ah. I do see the element from all the games in there. And after looking more closely at a few other screens, the only real critique I have is to lighten up the texture a bit, it's too dark. Maybe add a bit more wear and tear too...I'm a big fan of making gritty textures :) All in all though, it's not that bad.

wait.... the longsword is broader than that i thought... is the this shortsword or longsword (yes there really is a shortsword[ground attack, longsword is a space fighter].). of course... it still looks amazing!
Its the Longsword from Halo Reach.
Kinda... The Longsword from Reach does look different from other iterations. It is slightly smaller, among other things. This design attempts to combine several features from each 'era' though.
is the shortsword gonna be in there then? you actually see one in halo 3.... cant remember which mission, you come out of a cave and it crashes in front of you.... or is the longsword gonna be a space and land unit?
The mission you're thinking of is The Ark...and no, it is a Longsword that crashes. Shortswords were not seen until Halo Wars came out. They will probably be in the game though, as an extra space fighter.
I thought the Longsword was a fighter-bomber and the Shortsword a fighter/interceptor?
According to the Halo wiki, the Shortsword is a pure bomber, while the Longsword is a fighter-bomber. The wiki leaves it ambiguous as to whether or not the Shortsword can actually operate in space.
hmmm...I was kinda right, lol... but yea... about the shortsword in space... idk.... is the skyhawk gonna be in it? (no not the Halo Wars unit) The T--55/a Skyhawk was an actual land based fighter, mentioned in one of the Halo books....i really dont see how it could be used though, just asking.....then again, your mod
