Title: Half-Life ZDoom

Description: H-L ZDoom changes all weapons, pickups,
ammo, player sprites, monsters, sounds, textures, all props and
things, levels 1-5 and 10, and the face on the statusbar into art
from Valve Software's game Half-Life.
Story: You are Gordon Freeman, an associate employed at
the Black Mesa Secret Research Facility. When everything hit the fan,
all you could do was run for cover. Strange, alien "things" appeared out
of thin air and filled the base. Then it went from bad to worse when a
government "cleanup squad" arrived, cut off all the exits, and started
killing all the research team members. The only way out for you now is
to use an experimental teleportation device being tested in alpha sector.
"Maybe I can find out where these things are coming from," you say
to yourself as you step on to the small red square of the machine.
And in a flash of green light, you disappear.
"Now where the hell am I?" You mumble to yourself, looking around.
"That's a remarkably accurate description, Mr. Freeman," you hear
a grim voice say...

Is there a gravity gun mod for UT2004 ?

>Half Life 2 Zdoom (No gravity gun ,heh)
actually someone coded a gravity gun for the doom engine
I've started on map 8, the "xen" level, and it's about %20 done.
Just like the original game, I've changed the gravity to simulate near-weightlessness.
You thought the crates were tough to jump....
This is a killer!

It's time to kick *** and chew bubblegum. And I'm all outta gum !

>Tetris Zdoom
>Half Life 2 Zdoom (No gravity gun ,heh)
>Starcraft Zdoom
Those were just ideas, but hey..there good ones XD
Excellent job. I liked everything except for the replacement supershotgun and chainsaw. Not very fitting (snarks ftw). But other than that, I was surprised by the sheer awesomeness that was contained within this PWAD. Kudos abound.
dude thats awesome!
hey i found you sneaking in duke01 in there..lol
heh this is awesome
XD
In the Doom community, there have been many one-game to another conversions...
Duke Nukem to Doom, Shadow Warrior to Duke, hexen(or Heretic) to Doom, and many others.
This was my first mod, started many years ago. I had completed the first level, and all the sprites, sounds, and something called dehacked, which changed the way the game engine worked. Then came Zdoom.
The original sprites were about 48 pixels in resolution, and the wall textures were 128 maximum. The Zdoom game engine changed that dramatically. Now, the sprites are about 190 pixels, and texture can be just about any resolution on a wall, or a floor. Game scripting was also added, and many other features bringing Doom out of the "DOS" dungeon, and up to date with more modern games.
If you haven't already, try all my games, Doctor Doom Z, Half Life Zdoom, and GOBLIN.
...this aint' you little brothers DOOM. Now, your playin' with Zdoom!
