I've decided to put a Moddb page up for this due to the request I've received. This model pack replaces all models for Half-Life, Opfor, and Blue-Shift. But I also intend to replace models for these mods. Azure Sheep, Point of View, Sweet Half-Life, Escape, Case Closed, Decay, and my most favorite, Residual Point. Since Gman's Golden Model pack is somewhat either incomplete, or it taking a while to finish, I think i'll do my Ultimate Pack for Half-Life and it's Mods. Well what are you intending to replace, Luck3y Charms? Well, I intend to replace, yes, of course models. Sounds for Realistic effects like real sounding gunfire, And misc.

Description

Well, when it comes to CAS (Close Air Support) for the ground troops, it isn't just limited to whomever branch the troops be in, whether they be Soldiers, Marines, etc.

That being said, just because the HECU are (supposedly) Marines, doesn't mean that the Air Force or Army wouldn't support them in the operation in terms of vehicles or even manpower.

I'm really starting to believe at this point that Santego in Opposing Force is a Joint base consisting primarily of Marines who are part of a newly created MARSOC unit that deals with hazardous warfare. Also attached to them would be elements of the Army's mech units, assisting the Marines in getting from point A to point B, thus explaining why the Bradleys were there. Though in my honest opinions, Stykers would've been more fitting since they were designed to fight in hazardous environments. Along would most likely be USAF CCT and JTAC Operators to relay coordinates to the pilots conducting bomb runs across Black Mesa.

So here's where the Air Forces come in.

Marine Corps Air Station Yuma would ideally be right there where Santego would be. MCAS Yuma mostly consist of fixed wing aircraft such as the EA-6B Prowler and AV-8B Harrier. Logically, they would be there to support the HECU.

Next would be Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico. The 58th Special Operations Wing. Along that element consist of the CV-22 Osprey. MARSOC isn't limited to Naval vehicles and are known to be inserted into the lines using Army Black Hawk helos in Afghanistan. So naturally, they'd use the Air Force CV-22 Ospreys as well as the Marine MV-22. We also have the Air National Guard unit consisting of F-16C Falcons.

And last but not least, Davis–Monthan Air Force Base. There's where our A-10s CAS would come from.
