Minor bugs are that the...
-Headcrab texture (head_sheet .bmp I suppose) should be in transparent layer because I can see a part of the HCrab leg is missing.
-There is no bullsquid. But what the heck, it's awesome.
-Crowbar origins are a bit awkward. You should re-origin to:
$origin 1.000000 -1.000000 0.000000 . But I think it's already good.

yea the headcrab was a glitch with the animations. It isn't supposed to be transparent, but it can be since there is a head model under it :).
also the bullsquid is around the corner to the left in the hallway with the barnacle.
and I'll use those origins for the crowbar and see what they look like.
The shadows need an upgrade some parts are bright some darker

The shadow is from the hl1 beta that never made it in to retail. He are working on a new shadow.

I hate the HL2 headcrab, I hope you change it to something else, I'm already sad that it's been confirmed that Black Mesa Source is using the HL2 headcrab D:
