Are you working with a little baby potato computer? Want to squeeze out some extra FPS on your TI-84 Graphing Calculator?

Do you just want to make Half Life really, really bad to look at?

Well, fret not! Half Life: Ultra Low has you covered!

This pack changes every texture to a much easier to load (and much worse to look at) texture, and returns all models and sprites to their 1998 versions.

Note: Modified textures may not increase FPS, but will definitely make the game look like hot garbage. If you want the textures to remain un-altered, use the autoexec found within the HLAD file.

Just unzip and dump to your "valve" folder. Add any other tweaks in your autoexec to the autoexec in this one.

It's Half-Life for Sega 32X. The engine of Alien Resurrection for PS1 could handle Half-Life for PS1.

This is awful. I can see trying to squeeze out the best performance trying to play this on a potato, but it looks like you just shrunk and batch compressed all textures.

The premise has some potential but you need more hands on approach, tweaking textures manually, maintaining texture primary colours while reducing the noise and detail levels.

For some reason, my mod summary was changed by an admin. The original summary was more clearly a joke.

If you want a performance boost, just use the Autoexec config, which would actually improve the performance.

The summary was changed by me, becouse by naming it HL: Dacay and claiming it was made by Valve (even if it was a joke) was a violation of site terms. You should be glad that this "mod" (trash) wasn't deleted completely.
