It's not a patch for converting from multiplayer. It's an update v2.1.0 for singleplayer version of the the mod (v2.0.1). Looks like it removes 2 maps from the game (hall_vamp & hall_trick02) and changes/adds few other files.
Ah you're right, I was reuploading these late last night and misread the site. Updated the download.
Windows Defender flags it as malware infected. I doubt it, it's been pretty infamous at detecting false positives lately.
