Don't worry! I am still making this mod :) Real life etc blah blah blah. I enjoy the hell out of making this mod and I will keep going until it is done and I am happy with it. It will take time, but it will be finished. Before Half-Life 3, I promise!

Brushwork is superb, as always. But the light-work is freaking awesome, very atmospheric and nothing compared to standard GoldSRC lighting techniques, very, very, very good work.
Also, nice to see some new work from you! Sure missed an HL: Echoes update ;) .

2. Turns brightness to max.
3. Sees a very nice looking screeshot.

It would rather be my eyes. I just can't bear light. That and crosses.
Lookin' neato! It's always impressive to see a designer make relatively simple geometry and textures look interesting and detailed, esp. through lighting. Bonus points considering this shaft looks like it's totally out of the way and in-game most players won't even notice it (no one ever looks up, etc.), but you've gone the extra mile! A+ from me!
I think going the extra mile on scenery is why I have taken so long with this.... and the requirement for a decent PC :p

A little monotone regarding the repetitive red lights but still who is to say that there always have to be many different lights.. The mapping itself as said before by others is super bad as in super awesome. ^^ :)
As always, this is my first pass at this area, there are much more details and lights than you see here now :) I use red lights heavily in the underground levels for background lighting, as it is unobtrusive, and also not "bright" enough to highlight the lower res textures used on background scenery, instead giving it a massive sense of scale like the tunnels stretch on forever!
The touch of green lighting is beautiful...
Glad you noticed, I use green lights to guide the players to where they have to go. The Valve HL2 episode commentaries are great at telling how to help the player through design
