To me it just looks like the normal PC version of Half-Life.
But how did you make a Dreamcast version for the PC?
Did you get the Dreamcast codes or something?
It looks nothing like HL on the PC though? The Models are smoother and have better textures, unless you mean HD Pack Half Life.
