Looking good if a little underdetailed compared to the other images. Add some foliage and glass, maybe a sign above the loading bay entrance. The rail looks a bit thick, it should really be a lot thinner than that like in the original HL.

I can't wait to play this, you guys certainly know your stuff :)

Pretty good mapping, and that apply to all the pictures you posted, everything blend toghether properly and lighting top it very nicely.
Only complain would be the use of some HL2 props or a NS texture there and there, remember it's illegal

But mods are free and none-comercial. They can use some content from other games. I think it isn't problem for good mod. Isn't it?

Well not really, because you're taking content from a retail product and releasing it for free. The odd texture or small prop here and there, people wont really care but when you start mass-converting HL2 props for a free mod, people will wag their fingers and I see a fair few Source models. It's not that hard to find replacements or model new ones to match, the team here certainly has enough talent to make new stuff.

@D3ads: dude what are you talking about?

Using Hl2 stuff for a Hl1 fan product should be totaly ok. For 2 reasons:

A. Valves modding support was and still is always great.

B. Bringing stuff from one valve game to another shouldn't matter since both games are from valve. Would one of the games be from another company then of course I give you absolutely right.

I know your point of view of course. By the law it's still a proterty of a company brought to another product. However it's still a mod - it's free and both games are from valve so no worries here!

Besides there are 100 of mods and models sound usage etc. which are bringing stuff from hl1 to hl2 and hl2 to hl1. If valve would have any problems with that there wouldn't be any of those addons and Hl fansites would constantly report about any law charges beeing conducted against modders within the community. ;)

As for the screenshot itself. Nice work guys I agree add some more grass and some landing bay signs on the large gate etc. Maybe even do something about that helipad because it looks a bit rushed or still empty.

I personaly like the tram lines beeing a bit thicker. Looks more realistic than the tiny tramlines in the original.

I guess, it's the same section Gordon moves by in the train, with the Apache on the helipad, right?

VovaS500:
Nope actualy it's illegal, see it that way : it's distributing content you have to pay for, for free, see where the problem is ?

D3ads:
Yeah it's probably just a couple of placeholders
