Story:
You play as ex-security guard, Barney Calhoun, while working as a spy for the resistance, Barney must perform his Civil Protection duties to not blow his cover. He is sent out on Outland duty where an Elite Metrocop finds out his identity and threatens to leak it to the Combine, Barney must stop the Elite Metrocop before it is too late.

Sorry to tell you this if you looked forward to this mod but Beating Quota is being put on hold as of today.
The team is instead focusing on a new project we hope to announce in the future, and once we finish that project we might come back to Beating Quota.
However, if we don't come back, we will share any information about Beating Quota on the ModDB page, but for now, we shall see.

there is no transition tho, the HL2 soldiers existed during HLA, there are propaganda posters showing the ones from HL2
Incorrect (to my knowledge), the original concept for HLA was to use the HL2 soldiers, and that poster goes unused (again to my knowledge).
