Half-Life Arena Beta Patch v.0.1.3 file

Added new game mode is INSTAGIB. "mp_rpgshow" is removed, but "mp_rpgshow_attack" stay. Now RPG Show mode may to set - "mp_gameplay_mode 1"; Instagib - "mp_gameplay_mode 2". Other number for "mp_gameplay_mode" or "0" - standart game mode. Delay between gauss primary attacks for the instagib mode - "mp_instagib_attack 0.1" (default). Changed spreading for shotgun. Added new prefixes for maps - "rpg_" ( map loading with rpg show mode ), "ig_" ( map loading with instagib mode )
