You're Aleksey Bogdanovich, a soldier in the 106th Guards Airborne Division in Russia. The United States and Russia have been in a war for 3 years. You've been sent on a mission with 8 other soldiers to check on a disturbance in the wilderness around Tula. Before you know it, you were hit by something that fell out of the sky. Your helicopter is going down. You hear the pilot say, "Mayday, Mayday Альфа(Alpha)-32 is going down.", and then, you crash. You wake up, and find out that you are the only survivor in the helicopter crash, but your not alone...

Not sure why the thumbnail hasn't updated, but you can click on "show original" or the HD view button to see a less blindingly bright version.

Finally found a decent reference of that doodad (which is why this version has it).

Time to get to chunking and optimizing.

Description

Just about done with this one - Weighing in at 2614 polygons, or 5516 triangles (before optimization).

From here I just need to optimize then move it down the pipeline to the texture artist. I might add a doodad or two before then, as well, seeing as how it's well below the threshold of what Source can handle.
