Hello!
After months of silence, I have some good news! This mods progress has been going steadily, and I have
a teaser clip for you all to look at. I know it is really hard for people to wait in silence, but that's when the
major development gets done.
This game has far surpassed simply the demo I released on May 31st. It now has about 30~ minutes of playable content!
However, I do need to add new members to team Half Life 2 Blue Shift!
I know this is really a shot in the dark, as it is really hard to find people with these types of skills, but every
day I work on this mod, it becomes clearer and clearer that I need some new additions to the team.
Now this is a very low-key project. There are no set dates for when things have to be done, and we are ALL amateurs at what we are doing. We are all doing this to get better at skills/software. In fact, as I'm typing this, I'm trying to figure out a problem I'm experiencing in hammer, where kleiners secret picture won't rotate. (me from the future here! I figured it out (: really was difficult though)
Needs:
Someone who can do modelling of in game weapons and characters.Someone who can make music in the half life style. (again, you don't have to be perfect, or even good at it yet, we're all amateurs)FILLED!
Nice to haves:
A playtester (the more the merrier)
If I even get one of these filled, I will be very thankful and happy! I hate asking people to do stuff for free, so you will see that this is a very low-key project.

So you basically recompiled hl2 intro map and added blue hud. Will there be your own maps?

Yes. I have to add the intro in there for consistency, but there definitely will be my own maps.
