Description
Multiple minor fixes. Feedback would be appreciated, as I'm unsure how well it runs on 32-bit computers as of yet, or whether it runs at all, as I have limited possibilities to test 32-bit at the moment... It works on 64-bit at least.

Good job. It's very funny lol. But the downside is that it applies to you too and in order to revert, you have to quit the game. Would be great if it is a script or something so that you can toggle it
Now that you mention it, it might be possible to use it in conjunction with a trainer to re-load the handling.dat file mid-game. I'll look into it, but I can't promise anything.

How to use ? I start setup etc , then I select my GTAIV Folder , with common SweetFX Folder etc in it , then I activate it , or i activate it before i start , doesnt matter , ingame nothing happens ?
