Global conversion in Vice City. Author San Andreas version - URM Team.
First release. 7 august 2016. Total conversion on Vice.
What was converted:
1) The whole map with interiors.
2) 2dfx - by 70%
3) tobj-was converted but not used, because of unknown reasons refuses to work.
4) Traffic - 10% (there are only in Arzamas, in Koryakino only peds, in Batyrovo and Rogoviches peds partly because of the limits.
5) Radio + added 6 Russian stations that fit into the mod's concept. Radio Retro, Russian Shanson, Metropolis fm-authored of the URM team. Autoradio, Nashe Radio, retro fm, rock fm, Dorozhnoe Radio, radio energy. Authored by- aleks926820.
+ patched some holes in the map (such as in Koryakino and Busaevo) and fixed bugs with a crooked texture on some models. (aleks926820)
6) Destroyable objects (ready only for 30%).
What was in the plans but it was not possible to implement at the moment:
1) Night pre-light for Arzamas, Yuzhniy, Batyrevo, Edovo, Nizhniy Novgorod.
3) trains + all sorts of small script trivia.
4) pedestrians, transport from SA-version of mod.
5) Teleports to interiors, openable gates and doors, animated objects.
For the using of peds and transport permission was not received.
The release of the mod was planned for the end of August. It was planned 3 weeks before the release to finish the traffic, fix various bugs that were originally and fix other bugs that appeared in the envelope process, insert and implement various scripts (by Polman228)
(such as opening doors, gates, a working ferris wheel, working tents in Arzamas, working mill in garel rogovichi .
and also from main.scm. Also it was planned to implement audio zones, a working club "8-BITS", OpenAir-scene, a mission on a racing track in Nizhegorodsk, a weapon store, also were added to the map first-aid kits, weapons, transport and so on. But Me (aleks926820) decide to stop the convertation of the mod for some reasons:
1) Limits. Esprcially, the limit for the radar and the path boundary was deadlocked (because of this limit, the convertation work was completely stopped, I decided not to add traffic, because it is useless, it does not work outside the standard (vanilla) map)
Crooked broken borders of the Vanilla map DO NOT ALLOW to regulate the level of both internal water and external, since the level of all the water was determined either at the highest water position in the waterpro.dat or at the lowest one.
Not a broken limit on the size of the radar.
The limit on the maximum use of game memory did not allow to work correctly with mip-maps (with a plug-in that activates a mipmap-levels, the game working 30-40 minutes and then crashed, due to reaching for a maximum memory limit of 2048 megabytes).
2) An outdated system of scripts. For example, it was not possible to add train traffic on the map.
As a result, for that the convertation work to not lost and lost on the my hard drive, I decided to upload this mod as it is.
