Прошел данную сборку без вылетов с лимитом 60 фпс вместо 30. Разве что на миссии рок группы с машиной без тормозов вернул 30 фпс, т.к не мог пройти, потом прошел, но это может быть простым совпадением.

The ML4 version has a bug with the new DimZet mini map, sometimes the game takes a long time to exit after using it. Could you fix it?
you mean the collectible map? the one that's built into Vanilla Vice? how exactly does that happen - just takes a long time to close the game? no errors? that's weird actually, it seems like i haven't had this happen yet
can we play the game at 60 fps now??
you can open the FramerateVigilante.ini file in the 'plugins' folder and change the FPSlimit value from 30 to 60. actually, any classic GTA is more stable at 30 FPS, but no one seems to care about that at all

Hey bro, one question, could you make the mod "drivebycam" compatible with ginput setc the mod works fine with the original keys but I like the gta iv/v controls better but the mod fails because it doesn't let you shoot if you look at the left. Please can it be solved?
