Project Props v1.0 file

Release Changes --------------- 1.Graffiti props are made optional now.So savegames should work. 2.Fixed problems with collision walls. 3.Removed few placements 4.Fixed problems with grass & litter collisions(Thanks to kkjj) 5.This version should be much more stable than previous ones.
