MiniMods with a event loop that automatically grants minor titles for vanilla plus some popular mods.
Description
Update to auto grant minors; changed from decision based to event based (should fire periodically or when people die, and keep minor titles more or less distributed.) Also added logic to select the most qualified person for minors that require a particular stat (e.g. physician, commander.) Note that the mods are generated by scripts, and while vanilla has been well tested, the others have not. Please report any issues as well as what mod you were using. Yes it works with 2.6.1. With regards to working together, you only need one, e.g. vanilla (if you are using no other mods) or the appropriate version for whatever mod (e.g. AGOT, etc.)
