Grandcarma is a mod for Grand theft auto based on the game Carmageddon 1 and 2. The mod features a complete new world map, built up out of Carmageddon 1 and 2 racetracks. These tracks have been put together, and the landmass between the tracks has been modelled to create a continuous landscape. The mode will also feature some of the carmageddon cars, and maybe some mission coding, thought this is still far from done.

Hi there!

it has been a while since a last update, but here are the new files for the mod.

The mod now contains;

  • ped and car paths covering the entire worldmap.
  • enex placements
  • vertex lighting for all models
  • correct collision materials for all models
  • new menu images

I now still need to place some parked cars throughout the map, savepoints (but that will be a scripting issue), garages and stunt jumps...

I am currently working on a car model for the EAGLE 3, which is going nicely. I hope to put it ingame soon. Here's a preview image of the model;
