This mod is anything but what the name suggests. I intend to bring some more added realism to the game, as well as random fun-bits in celebration of the new GTAIV. The main objective of this modification is to revive GTA3, and make it what it used to be. I aim to bring new menus, new vehicles, a new radar, new textures and anything I can think of.

One my greatest annoyances with GTAIII; if you lived in 1999, you wouldn't see vehicles strictly from that decade would you? There would be cars from the 70's and 80's and what-not. So I've tried to recreate this by replacing some vehicles with their VC counter parts.
Oh real cool HUD i can't hope for play that! :P
