GG-3883 Is a FPS Action game for PC. It will be similar to Half-Life, so if you want to know what it'll be like, play that.
When I mentioned that Black Mesa would be the setting of the mod, a lot have brought up the mod, Black Mesa, telling me that they're already recreating Half-Life 1, and that my efforts are pointless. You people didn't read more than 1 sentence, if even that, of the mods details beforehand. So just don't mention Black Mesa in terms of comparison.
No part of the mod will be given to any individual, so don't even ask, sorry. This includes maps, textures, code, models, etc. The only parts of the mod that will be released will be released on this mod's page.

Many, along with myself have seen this coming. The mod has died. At least for the time being. I do intend on fixing the mod in the future, but for the time being, it's over with. I might Release my multiplayer maps & textures, along with the Hazard Course in the future also, even if I never finish the mod. The Soundtrack was lost, with the exception of 2 Tracks. Considering most of my code was broken I don't intend to release that, except to someone capable of fixing it, as I don't need any, "Dude, this code you gave me is sh*t! What the hell?"
The few custom models are also a no-no, so sorry.
It hasn't even been a full year, which disappoints me greatly, but I've gotten much better, and plan to continue working with Source for years to come.

Thanks, but don't get too excited; ALthough I can almost gaurantee I'll have this mod out eventually, it's gonna be fairly mediocre, what with my skill and all, so I don't want anyone expecting anything like Black Mesa quality or anything.
At least this mod doesn't change ******* everything about the levels, like Black Mesa is doing, not to say I don't like Black Mesa, I just don't like how everything will be unfamiliar once we start playing it soon.
Well, my MOD can't really be compared to Black Mesa, as I'm not putting months of work remaking a single area from the original Half-Life. I spend a few day tyrying to create almost an exact replica of the parts from Half-Life that are in my MOD. There are quite a few times you'll be familiar with an area, and I'm trying to keep it as true to the original as possible. Main changes will be things like area overlapping (Alot of Black Mesa overlaps itself when you combine maps from Half-Life) and other things that may or may not be apparent do to being a redo with just some refereneces.
You could post a thread over at the steam forums....
