GFM is currently one of - if not the best mods for Victoria 2. It continues to be updated despite many other good mods being abandoned years ago. It overhauls virtually everything while still maintaining the feeling of the original game. Honestly, I feel like GFM's content is worth 2 entire DLCS for the game.
I advise every new player start with GFM, and most of my games are on this mod.
