I was playing as the congo and I westernized in 1869, but still, the congo conference happened wich made bordergore and all the literacy in my well developed provinces of the congo went to 1%, even the craftmen went to 1%, I guess thats just a bug, because it just dont have sense that even when im westernized I get that event and all my well litered pops go back to kindergarten

Hello,the mod has started to be unplayable, certain event like the Mendoza Earthquake and the burning of Pittsburgh (something like that) have been crashing the game, Im guessing there Is also a ton of corrupt game-crashing events.
This is untrue, you just don't know how to install the mod properly
