Militaries and industries struggle for power in a world full of pollution, in which the government tries to maintain the illusion of Democracy. Though wars and diseases have tortured the land, the world’s population is steadily rising. Most people live in poverty, as they are homeless and unemployed. Society struggles for survival every day. Though medicine and technology in general have made it possible for the human race to avoid sabotage and disruption, only those of higher class are able afford life-extending genetic engineering, plastic surgery for unborn children, and remedies for cancer. Pollution is a worldwide problem, causing death and decay in various areas of the world. Businesses are not willing to change to cleaner and more efficient ways of production. Mankind is in urgent need for a new habitat.

Meanwhile, larger businesses, with their greed and determination to rule the world, have halted all schemes to find suitable environments for man. Even the deep-sea colonies have been replaced with oil drills. The military has been convinced that the space stations that have been built are only covert laboratories. The Mars Project has been procrastinated to increase profit.
There are many terrorist organizations nowadays, as the people no longer see use in peaceful demonstrations. Activists are attempting to get attention for their cause by assassinations, coups, and hostage abductions. Being pursued by the law, these people are the last of the men who stand to fight against the military and industries.

N.O.I.R. is a part of the terrorist organizations. It was founded at the beginning of the genetic revolution, to fight all corporations and western regimes that repress people for power and money. There are other organizations fighting for the same goals, but there is no unity between them. They are hunted by the more powerful, and so the “circulation” of blood and violence goes on; until now. N.O.I.R. is preparing to complete its plans of disturbing the balance between the corporations and the militaries. The whole equilibrium of supremacy is about to plunge into complete chaos. Suddenly, corporations that had fought each other for decades are now working together to find a way to revive the Mars Project. There have been Rumors about an artificial gene that has been furtively worked on for years.
In order to fight back, N.O.I.R. must become quickly become aware of what the corporations in authority are planning.

The world’s future is in perilous jeopardy.
