Generals Alpha is an OpenRA mod that recreates Command & Conquer: Generals on OpenRA engine as much as possible but using Red Alert and Tiberian Dawn artworks.
Notsure what you're using/how you're doing this internally, but reasons like this was why I added the Doctrine hack to AS - so the upgrade can be a dummyactor while still preventing duplication.
I used some logics from your dll, but not doctorine. Not sure what exactly it is.
Those are currently selectable at the game start and unline original can not be changed later. Selecting one of them disables others using negative prerequisites. They cost nothing and are instant build. Other stuff are mostly like how D2K upgrades work.

When an actor is created with the Doctrine trait, all the owner's other actors with this same Doctrine's type defined are killed.
