Description
Scrap Crates already existed in the mod but they just gave generic speed, armor or firepower bonuses. Now those bonuses are replaced with proper upgrades.
Non-GLA units can still take the crates, but they can only get cash or rank.
I added upgrades for units that didn't have scrap crate powerups. Radar Van gets Cloak. Rocket Buggy gets extra rockets. Bomb Truck gets speed. Construction Vehicle gets armor. Combat Cycle still lacks a powerup. Everything else is as in original.
Powerup levels are shown on top-left of the unit with a crate image, copper on level 1, steel on level 2.
