No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten. Enemies of the Soviet people will pay for all their crimes. Play as a one of five unique factions: two new - Soviet Union and European Union, or as one of the old ones - GLA, USA, or China and be ready to know them from the other side.
After establishing new Soviet government, lack of resources for new industrialization was found out. Obtaining required resources with handwork or close technologies seemed to be uneffective and needed too much time, which the USSR hadn't. To simplify the process of recycling trash and useless items into more useful raw materials, a new recycling complex was created. This complex consists of container-based body with recycling machine inside, manipulator, and hydraulic press like in the rubbish car, and all these are mounted on the 10x10 truck chassis.
Soviet army also got that trucks for gathering resources and supplying local bases.
Resource recycler combines two functions: gathering resources and recycling, so it's the supply truck and supply center at once.
