Greetings to you, commander. I hasten to tell you the good news - the first version Generals Universe will soon be available for download (release date 30/12/2018). It was truly a very big job, done in all these 5 years. At the first stage, you will only have 1 game faction available - the USA. But do not give up, I am sure that the work that I have done does deserve your attention even now.
I will not go into all the details of the game development process, but I want you to know that many things you see (bulldozer work, parachutes, carpet bombing, etc.) work only thanks to many experiments with the code of the game and it was all incredibly difficult to implement.

At the start, you will be able to select 2 factions:
1) USA is a game faction for a person. Bulldozer available. AI does not work.
2) USA_AI - is intended exclusively for the AI bots.

Anyone here waiting for this to release should definitely check out GenEvo for RA3 (if you have it). It's released and it's oodles of fun.
