I made a mistake in here. The perma-controlling codes used to first free mind-controlled units, then check whether it is of the same house with the perma-controlling weapon's firer(thus if you fired such a weapon on those units taken from you by an enemy unit, it would simply free your units back without perma-mindcontrolling it). This has been fixed now.
