This project is alive and well! I wont go into much details right now, but I have some big plans for this, and another mod. Amnesia custom stories might be a bit outdated, but I feel that I need closure on my projects, and I know that there are some people out there that wants me to finish my mods :)

Very interesting mod, was very hooked at the start but around the middle it was just walking around doing puzzles in the dark for 30 mins other than that it was fun.

Hello,
I've been having troubles installing this mod. I've watched Cry's YouTube video on how to install CS, and I've done both methods: Extracted it to the Amnesia DD folder and custom stories folder, via Steam, steamapps, common, etc. I've also tried on Desura, but it gets stuck on the installing phase. Does anybody have any suggestions?
Put all the files in to just steam,steamapps,common,amnesia. Then click on the .bat file and it should go on the launcher then click on launch gary dark secrets
Iknow to drag and drop mods, but when come to customs stories where you have to extract them from something. I never know what to do. I really want to play La Caza and this mod. If you have downloaded mods similar to this one and have had success, I would love to know how to do download mods like this.

Are you talking about the custom story or the actual Amnesia Dark Decent game?
If you are talking about the actual Amnesia Dark Decent game, if you got the game from a store or online have the game case, it should have the code included on one of the papers. If you are talking about the custom story, I have no idea. I am still trying to figure out how to download a custom story, like Gray Dark Secrets. I know how to drag and drop a mod to the custom story file, but when it comes to custom stories where they have a bunch of files. Do you make a folder for that custom story, put all those files from the download in that file, and then put that into the main Amnesia folder? Help!
No, you extract all the files into the main amnesia folder (not the custom story folder) then you use the .bat file to run the Mod

Ok, I tried what you suggested, but I think some how I am doing it wrong. I tried downloading La Caza, then tried extracting the files and chose the main Amnesia folder, but then when I went to the folder I don't see where the mod is. Can you figure out where I went wrong?
