Description
The Blue Suns are a "private security organization", in reality a mercenary outfit operating in the Skyllian Verge. The Blue Suns have a reputation for being both discreet and ruthlessly efficient, and as such charge a sizeable fee.
I'm no writer.
So any suggestions for the wording of the 3 options would be great.
Maybe A high consentration of blue suns have bin found on some of your planets there causeing a slight increase in ower revenue how ever there also killing civilians in so called merc wars causeing s decrease in population
The good 1. My people help me run my empire we must put a stop to these mercs and there evil killings! (gain 10 moral)
the neutral 2. Let them continue doing what there doing but try and control some of the wars.(Gain 5 moral and 5% economy increase and lose a set number of civilians)
the evil 3. As far as im conserned there helping us by increasing the size of my wallet let them do as they please and in some cases help them.(Gain 10% economy increase and lose a set number of civilians)

I've borrowed some of the wording thankyou.
Now got it so the Good option gives off morale, neutral has small money and a few million deaths. Finally the Evil option kills off up to 100million with a good credit increase.
Thankfully these values scale depending on the size of your empire up to the limit.

I have my own suggestion, if you are willing to consider it.
"the Blue suns, originally founded by notorious Mercenaries Zaeed Massani and Vido Santiago and presently lead by infamous batarian slaver Solem Dal'serah, have operated on the edge of our territory for many years and we have tolerated many of their "indiscretions in past due to their usefulness. But they have finally overstepped their bounds, they have been implicated in a large slave trade scandal. In exchange for us suppressing the information they have offered to work at a discount rate and give us a sizable cut of their profit. Now all that remains is to decide what to do with them."
Option A "They DARE enslave our people! For every slave they have taken we shall make them pay with 5 of their own lives, spare no expense in driving this scum from our realm!
Option B "While enslaving our citizens is certainly deplorable and definitely criminal we most focus majority of our resources elsewhere. Perhaps they can be convinced to go bother someone else?"
Option C "This is an OUTRAGE! I demand a larger cut! After all, these are my people and if the blue suns won't pay what they are worth then I will just enslave them myself!"
Option B was a particular favourite of mine :D
