Description
I decided to do a more appropriate launcher background for the stock FUEL Patch #3 (Unofficial) rather than borrow the one from FUEL: REFUELED (I'm actually going to update than one too for V15.5 release). Sometime I will upload my template and write a short tutorial on here to accompany it so you can make your own if you wish.
