This thread is for discussion of EMD_SetTimer. EMD_SetTimer contols the initial timer given a the start of a race. It is used in races such as Blitz, Catch Destruction and Time Attack. The values are declared in seconds and by default, any race should use "0" as a value if a timer is not required. Example: The above example has set the timer to 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
