Challenge: Free Roam Extreme Thread - FUEL: REFUELED mod for FUEL

This thread is for use in discussing Free Roam Extreme.

Free Roam Extreme is a Challenge type created by Vetron which is essentially a Point-to-Point race without a declared race scenario, meaning the event mimics free roam. The point of this challenge is that some of the more extreme weather such as Tornados can be called upon for use while the player can 'Free Roam'.
