The frosty mod was designed to improve the feel of the Rainbow Six Vegas 2 gaming experience by making it faster, more fun, and more difficult. There are other rainbow mods out there that do an excellent job of duplicating realism and I can appreciate those who want to achieve that level of accuracy in their gaming. However, the frosty mod is not about realism. The frosty mod is all about the experience. When I first played rainbow six I could appreciate the tactical combat, however I found myself reluctant to use many of the weapons. I felt the base game weapons were plagued by short range, limited ammo, and sub-standard damage. This mod is my attempt to create game play that is fun, fast, and certainly more challenging. It is my hope that you will have as much fun playing it as I had making it.
Description
Version 2.0 - Just in time for the new year the latest version of the Frosty Mod! Lots of hard hitting upgrades this round. Most notably are improved shotgun fire rate, reloads, and choke settings. Most assault rifles now have a rifle scope option. ACOG Scope options on the Light Machine Gun's. ALL sights-scopes now have improved accuracy modifiers (including iron sights and reflex) The UMP45 now has an ACOG Scope. All in all makes for some fast, furious and down right tough as nails gaming. Lots of other small stuff - too much more to list here. Check the included readme for all the details.
