Broken Bonds is a game using the Freelancer engine set in the far future of the Pleiades sector. Over six hundred years after the Australian and Italian escape from the war-torn Sol system aboard the sleeper ship Invictus, the rebuilding nations have settled in the worlds of the Pleiades and are on the brink of war.

These are by far one of my favourite weapon effects in the game so far. Four of them firing in the same direction just looks like it'd ruin someone's day.
