Short and neat custom story.
Since this was a beginner mod and a first attempt to mod, I'll be slightly more forgiving in my review.
Positives:
-Upstairs map was surprisingly well detailed (as far as beginner mods go)
-The chase near the end caught me off guard totally, even when I was expecting something like that to happen
-Scripting was very good for a beginner mod
Negatives:
-First map and Main Hall both severely need details
-No real story apart from the plot in the description
-Very short
-A door frame was disconnected in the first map
I will not be rating each section (scare factor, level design, story and puzzles) since that would be totally unfair considering this project being the first of the author.
Overall, this is a decently great start. It is often hard to say after such a short mod, but I can see the potential here. Keep making, keep learning. I suggest you to look at LivajQ's comment, that contains a lot of useful information and he has all the points so I won't be repeating them here.
Oh - and make sure to set the mattress entities static. They're very glitchy.
Overall - 6/10 - Decent start

for a first time custom story this really wasn't that bad just some tiny building flaws such as doorways being a bit offset but other then that it was pretty good
